CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? Yep. Just email us within 7 business days of receiving your order, and we can arrange a return authorization. Customer pays for all return shipping. Credit issued after return confirmation of unused and undamaged item is complete.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM? That would suck. And we will take care of it! Please email us within 3 business days after receiving item, send me photos of the damage please. We will handle return shipping if requested and send you a replacement.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR EMAIL RESPONSE? We generally respond to email the same day, but give us 48 hours. We are open M-F.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER? Our lifetime warranty covers grinders only. The grinders are guaranteed against any manufacturers defects. Warranty does not cover misuse: grinding unsuitable materials or not cleaning regularly. If you have a problem with the operation of a grinder after use, please contact us. We want our customers to be happy with our products.
